Sunset Built, based in Los Angeles, is a leading design-build company. They specialize in renovation projects and focus on delivering custom homes in Southern California.
Oren, the President at Sunset Built reached out to us for visualizing one of their residential projects at Escalon. The aim was to create visuals that can capture their design intent, of creating a contemporary Californian home, with local architectural elements and landscape.
The scope was to render three exterior photorealistic images reflecting the dramatically hilly area in which the house was planned. We had a total of ten days to create the model, renders, and revise them as per the client’s feedback.
Oren provided us with the references for the materiality and style along with a basic SketchUp model of the design which were helpful for our team to commence the work considering the tight deadline.
