We’re open to receiving all sorts of references for your project, whether it’s hand sketches or video briefings. Most commonly, we receive architectural and design sketches, as well as mood boards. If you have a specific vision in mind for your project, don’t hesitate to send us all the materials you have.

To make sure we can work together seamlessly, we prefer to use the following file formats:

  • Plans and drawings: CAD, PDF, or any other vector format
  • 3D models: STL, 3DS, MAX, OBJ.

We’re always happy to work with you in the best way possible, so let us know if you have any other file format and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

We understand the importance of keeping your company and project information confidential, and we assure you that we will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

We also offer standard and extended copyright options for the visual materials we provide, and we accept payments through transparent international payment systems for your convenience.

Our account managers makes it easy for you to initiate your project, provide a brief, and stay in touch throughout the process. You can receive regular updates on progress, review draft results, request revisions, and approve the final outcome, all through your preferred messaging platform.

As many as you’ll require, there’s no limit. Our teams are equipped to handle projects of any scale and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.

You can make an initial payment of 50% of the project cost upfront, and the remaining balance will be due after you have reviewed and approved the results with a watermark.

The typical turnaround time for an architectural rendering project is 1 week and for an interior design rendering project is 2-3 days. However, the turnaround time may vary depending on various factors such as the number of views, complexity, and details. To get an accurate estimate for your project, please contact us through our website and provide a brief. Our team of specialists will consider all the specifications and provide you with an estimated completion time.

Our team of over 15 CG artists is dedicated to making sure we can tackle any urgent project that comes our way. We’re experts at managing workflow efficiently, minimizing revision rounds, and working extra hours if needed, including weekends. But please keep in mind that the rendering process may be impacted and we ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice before the deadline. We want to make sure that we can deliver the best results for you.

The Render Unit’s main office is in the United States, but we primarily operate as an outsourcing studio. You don’t need to visit our office to begin working with us, you can simply message us through chat or fill out the form on our website.

Of course, we want you to be completely happy with your project so we include two rounds of revisions for free! By revisions, we mean tweaks or adjustments that are less than 60% of the project’s workload. But don’t worry, if you need more than two revisions, we’ll still be happy to help you out. There may just be a small additional charge, but we’ll chat with you about it first.
