What is your turnaround time?
What if I have an urgent project?
Our team of over 15 CG artists is dedicated to making sure we can tackle any urgent project that comes our way. We're experts at managing workflow efficiently, minimizing revision rounds, and working extra hours if needed, including weekends. But please keep in mind that the rendering process may be impacted and we ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice before the deadline. We want to make sure that we can deliver the best results for you.
Where is your company located?
The Render Unit's main office is in the United States, but we primarily operate as an outsourcing studio. You don't need to visit our office to begin working with us, you can simply message us through chat or fill out the form on our website.
Are revisions really free?
Of course, we want you to be completely happy with your project so we include two rounds of revisions for free! By revisions, we mean tweaks or adjustments that are less than 60% of the project's workload. But don't worry, if you need more than two revisions, we'll still be happy to help you out. There may just be a small additional charge, but we'll chat with you about it first.
