PJ was impressed with the life-like VR tours, which have been invaluable for showcasing her unbuilt properties to prospects from anywhere. She mentioned that she’d be using these tours for all her future developments.

What we delivered:
VR Tours and marketing images for two interior design styles offered by Haven Development
Arash Mann and PJ Dhoot from Haven Development reached out to us looking for a solution that allows their potential leads to see the property that’s being offered. VR tours were the most obvious answer. Unlike many generic real estate VR tours, they wanted something custom. Something that truly reflects what they’re offering.
Challenge
Haven Development were looking to build two different VR tours, for their two different floor plans, which have a distinct interior design of its own. They had a spec sheet from their designers for each space. The kind of stairs they’re using, the kind of flooring, lights and all other fixtures.
Making custom models for all of these, and delivering in a span of 3 weeks was the biggest challenge.
Solution
We started with making a 3D model of the different plans, and determined spots for the VR tour. A total of 42 spots were finalised, and we the finished shell model was populated with custom furnitre, finishes, fixtures etc. We were able to deliver the first draft on the 10th day after commencing the project. We then had a meeting with PJ, who was the final decsion maker in terms of overall look and feel of the VRs.
She loved how the first drafts looked, and suggested a few changes over the meeting. They also provided more detailed references for specific items they’d like to see in the VR Tour.
Final Delivery
We made all the requested changes and rendered the scenes in 8K resolution. We created an intuitive, experiential VR tour that could be shared with anyone, and easily integrated into the client’s website too.
After finalizing the tour, we also provided still images of key areas across both floor plans.
