How Rob Got Everyone’s Attention for His Property

When Rob Butler, a Real Estate Developer, approached us last winter for his project at 261 Old Stockbridge Path, he had a unique request. Rob wanted his future home to be showcased in a wintry environment, complete with snow-covered landscapes and autumn-like trees. This wasn’t the usual request, but it sounded fun.

Initial 3D Modeling and Story Development

Our journey began with detailed 3D modeling of the property. Rob provided us with the exact location details, allowing us to replicate the site accurately. The next step was to incorporate his request for a wintry look. We added snow all around and included autumn-like trees, ensuring every detail matched Rob’s vision. This initial phase set the foundation for the photorealistic renderings we aimed to achieve.

Creating Draft Renders and Suggesting Views

Once the 3D model was ready, we moved on to creating draft renders. During this phase, we worked closely with Rob, providing him with different view options. We suggested human eye-level views to make the images look more like genuine photographs taken by a person or a professional photographer. This approach ensured the visuals were not only realistic but also relatable to potential buyers.

Final Renderings and Realistic 3D Visuals

With Rob’s feedback, we refined the renderings, focusing on photorealism. Our goal was to make the images so lifelike that people would mistake them for actual photos. The final renderings showcased the property in its full winter glory, with snow-covered grounds and autumn trees, just as Rob had envisioned.

Result

The results were nothing short of spectacular. When Rob uploaded the images to his listings in December, he said the response was overwhelming. Since the actual location was covered in snow, prospects called him, genuinely believing the house was already built and couldn’t wait to see it in person. The realistic visuals made it easier for people to understand his vision, sparking immediate interest and inquiries.

Rob had a good laugh at the confusion but was thrilled with the results. The realistic visuals made it easier for people to understand the project, sparking immediate interest and inquiries.

In just 10 days, we transformed Rob’s concept into beautiful, photorealistic visuals that brought his vision to life that remarkably improved inquiry rate.

Quick update: we’re already working on two more exciting projects for Rob’s company!
