How MND elevates client confidence using photorealisic interior renderings.

Marla’s clients feel significantly safer when they see exactly what the space is going to look like. When she presents these renderings.

Clients just can’t translate that from floor plans or elevations.

What we delivered:

Collage of final render provided to Marla Nazzicone Design

Photorealistic interior renderings, with custom cabinetry, fixtures and finishes.

Marla Nazzicone comes from a fine arts and fashion background. She blends beauty and practicality to create stunning, functional spaces tailored to client needs. She reached out to us and wanted renderings for her deisgn proposal for Sholanski Residence. Since then, we’ve collaborted on numerous projects, specifically kitchen designs.

Challenge

Marla has a great sense of fashion and design. She not only sends us floor plans, finishes and materials for the spaces she’s designing, but also furnishings and fixtures like bar stools, island pendant lights.

The requirement is a photorealistic render, translating her design intent in a visually impactful way.

Solution

Our 3D Model team starts with making a shell model of the space from the floor plans, and simulaneously create the custom cabinetry. Once ready, we combine both models to complete it. We then move to other details like ceiling lights etc. At this stage, our 3D Artists are involved, apply life-like materials, and create compellig lighting for the images. Once ready, we send out the draft renderings for review. For projects of this scale, we usually we send out the first draft renders within 3-4 days after commencing the project.

Final Delivery

After making all requested changes, we then render the images in full resolution that Marla can use in her presentations and proposals.

Let’s enhance your design presentations.
