Mark Zorn, a real estate agent, reached out to us to produce 3D renderings that would make his property ad stand out. His vision for the property was clear and he had the design ready.

Challenge

Real estate visuals must do more than showcase a space—they need to convey the property’s unique context and mood. In this case, our task was to capture the authentic desert character of the site and translate it into every rendering. The client required us to nail the warm, earthy palette of the landscape, the seasonal angle and intensity of sunlight, and even the subtle hues of native vegetation to make the images feel rooted in their Southwestern setting. Achieving this meant developing custom material shaders, fine-tuning lighting to mimic the desert sun at different times of day, and ensuring every detail—from wall finishes to outdoor vistas—reflected the true seasonal ambience that local buyers would recognize and connect with.

Solution

Our team began by immersing ourselves in the desert context—studying the site’s seasonal light and natural materials to guide every decision. In 3ds Max, we built an accurate model of the property before passing it to our rendering specialists to craft custom PBR textures: sun-warmed adobe, sun-bleached stone accents, and native desert foliage. We then calibrated HDRI skies and targeted light rigs to mimic the sun. After the first draft renders, Mark asked for subtle boosts to material warmth, softer shadows, and a revised camera angle on the exterior shot. We incorporated those tweaks quickly, delivering a polished set of photorealistic interior and exterior images perfectly tailored for his Zillow ad.

FINAL DELIVERY

After making all required changes, the renderings were ready.
