How AMCO elevates its city proposal with immersive architectural renderings

“We were impressed by how lifelike and detailed the renderings turned out. Their prompt communication kept everything on track, and the high-quality visuals truly elevated our proposal.”

Industry: Real Estate Development

Location: Florida, USA

Company size: 400-500

AMCO approached us with a complex multipurpose development proposal—featuring residential units, commercial spaces, and an integrated refueling station—and tasked our team with producing photorealistic 3D renderings to vividly convey their vision and help secure city approval.

Challenge

City approval depended on a single, all‐encompassing view of AMCO’s sprawling mixed‐use proposal—residential towers, commercial spaces and a refueling station—set within its full site context. With only a 10-day window to deliver, our team faced intense pressure to convert detailed technical plans into pixel-perfect 3D models and compose a hero image that presented the entire development at once. Accuracy was non-negotiable, since every dimension and material choice would inform the city’s decision, and breaking the project into multiple shots risked diluting the cohesive story the client needed to tell.

Solution

To hit the tight 10-day deadline, we kicked off with a split workflow in 3ds Max: one team translated AMCO’s technical plans into a master site model—buildings, roads, refueling canopy and context—while a parallel team began crafting PBR materials for each facade and surface. We locked in a single “hero” camera early, positioning it to encompass the entire mixed-use scheme in one sweeping view. With the master model in place, our lighting artists dialed in a natural daylight setup using an HDRI sky and sun-path simulation to reflect realistic midday conditions. Daily check-in calls with the client ensured every dimension and material choice matched the city’s requirements, allowing us to resolve questions instantly. By combining precise modeling, efficient parallel texturing and real-time feedback, we delivered a flawless, full-site rendering—complete with accurate context and lighting—well within the 10-day window.

FINAL DELIVERY

After making all required changes, the renderings were ready.
We provided two rounds of revisions and here’s what the final renderings looked lke.

Let’s wow the city.
