Jennelle Butera, the co-founder at H+B reached out to us to get a few rendersings done for their Bunk Bedroom redesign project. Since then, we’ve been on long journey where we would become an integral part of the design team, providing them with renderings at design stage, and for their client presentations.
Challenge
For designers, the race is always against time. The colors, materials and fixtures and furnishings take a long time to get finalized. Designers cannot afford to spend their immensly valuable time in making renderings of their vision. And like any other design team, H+B did not have the expertise to model each fixture, material and furniture and visualize it. This is where they decided to collaborate with us for making renderings for their residential project, Largay Andrews. We were given the drawings, finishes, fixtures and furnishings for the space, and the task was to make custom models for everything and make several photorealistic interior renderings.
Solution
Our team grasped the design concept and began creating the model in 3ds Max. After completing the model, we handed it over to our rendering team, who took care of applying materials and setting up the lighting. We custom-modeled and textured all elements, including cabinetry, fixtures, and furniture. Once everything was finalized, we presented a draft image to the client for their review. The H+B team then provided feedback, which included a few texture adjustments, minor model corrections, and a request for a different camera angle.
Final Delivery
After making all required changes, the renderings were ready. We provided two rounds of revisions and here’s what the final renderings looked lke.
